Join Queen’s Bench for a group volunteering opportunity with Rose Haven! Rose Haven is a day shelter and community center serving women, children and gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home and other disruptive life challenges. The event will start off with a tour of the shelter. Volunteers will then be asked to work on various tasks such as sorting donations, cleaning, pet food portioning, event set up, and general organization around the shelter. Volunteers will also be required to fill out a volunteer waiver before beginning their shift. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
